Cellular Therapies

Cellular therapies are expanding their areas of use with new studies every day. These therapies, which are prepared by using main cells of embryological origin and their derivatives and make cell renewal, are applied as PRP and stem cell therapies. In recent years, stem cell applications have been made much easier and more practical with cd34, c gell, exsozome applications.

PRP

PRP stands for platelet-enriched blood fluid. 2-3 tubes of blood taken from the body are separated into its components after an 8-minute process in a centrifuge machine at 3000 revolutions per minute. The resulting small amount of “platelet-enriched plasma” (PRP) is injected back into the same person to rejuvenate, refresh and heal. The PRP injected into the skin stimulates and activates the stem cells in the area and helps regenerate the tissues.

How is the application done?

After the application area is numbed with local anesthetic, PRP is given to the skin with small injections just like in mesotherapy method. The application of PRP treatment in the face area is a procedure that takes approximately 20 minutes. The session intervals are applied as 3 – 6 sessions with an average of 2-3 weeks. Fibroplasts transferred to the skin with PRP treatment begin to repair the damaged tissue. Although the effect starts more slowly than other methods, it provides a regular improvement for 6-24 months. The result is a bright, vibrant skin with reduced wrinkles and sagging. The improvement will continue for more than a year.

PRP Anti Aging Applications

PRP treatment can also be prepared as a mask and cream upon request. It is effective in applications such as removing wrinkles, improving scars, hair loss, filling sunken areas.

Cellular Therapies

Stem Cell Therapies

They are the mother cells of embryological origin. In other words, they are the starting cells. They are the cell groups from which all cells originate and then differentiate. They can differentiate into 3 germ layers (endoderm, mesoderm, ectoderm) at the same time. In our body, these cells are present in bone marrow, adipose tissue, connective tissue and blood cells. They are in reserve in their untransformed initial state. In case of any tissue destruction or damage, they take part in repairing the target tissue and organ.

Stem cells have been used in diagnosis and treatment for many years. It has been observed that cells obtained from adult tissues (bone marrow, adipose tissue, connective tissues, etc.) can transform into stem cells with embryological characteristics as a result of reconstruction. Again, they can transform into different tissue cells when stimulated by different signaling. What distinguishes this is the way they divide. In symmetric division, it reproduces with the characteristics of the cell from which it originates, while in asymmetric division, it evolves into the desired cell shape by giving different stimuli.

This ability to divide (proliferate) and differentiate for a long time accelerates healing. It has also opened the doors of long life to humanity by extending the telomere structure due to its long-term division feature.

Areas of Use

Although it is increasing day by day, there are studies with all diseases in regenerative medicine. Repairing damaged areas; allows regeneration and healing.

It is used in the repair of damage after chemotherapy and radio therapy applied in cancer diseases as well as diseases such as thalassemia major, sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, acute leukemias, crohn’s disease, acute-chronic renal failure, type 2 diabetes.

Dermatologically, it can be used for allapesia, acne scars, wound-burn healing, spot treatment and regeneration of skin structure.

Neurologically, it is important to use it in Alzheimer’s patients, spinal cord injuries, cell destruction after myocardial infarction, liver regeneration, trachea and cornea reconstructions.

Stem Cells Can Be Obtained by Different Methods

SVF. The material taken from the stromal vascular frozen adipose tissue is subjected to enzymatic and mechanical processes and the stem cells in it are separated. This complex stem cell containing suspension is called SVF. It is administered parantenally (intravenously).

Mesenchymal stem cell fraction is obtained from connective tissue. Material from bone marrow and adipose tissue can transform into bone, cartilage, nerve, liver and pancreatic cells.

In order to increase their number, they are grown in special laboratories in cultures lasting for weeks. It is a very costly procedure that requires very high technology and time.

Efforts to save this high cost and time have led us to new sources. One of the most effective of these is EXOSOMEs.

CD34 and CGELL stem cell therapies are also highly effective and time-saving methods that can be applied in clinical settings.

Exosome Stem Cell Therapy

Exosomes are protein vesicles of mesenchymal stem cells obtained from the umbilical cord of the newborn baby and produced by special processes in the laboratory culture environment. Since they are stem cell derived, they contain a large number of growth factors capable of regulating cellular and biochemical events involved in skin rejuvenation and cell renewal.

The main task of exosomes is to enable communication between cells. In doing so, transferred genetic information, proteins and receptors can change cell behavior. This is effective in cell proliferation and tissue regeneration.

Exosome products are produced in specialized laboratories. They are transported by cold chain and applied to the patient. A single application is sufficient.

Exosomes contain valuable cell information consisting of proteins and genetic information that the cell needs to function properly. These stem cell-derived exosomes have also been shown to help transfer NK cells (Killer cells) to T-Regulatory cells (Helper cells). Thus, they help to calm an over-reactive immune system and modulate it to respond in a coordinated manner. They can also be used as a drug delivery system.

By exposing the cells of an old organism to the cells of a young organism, it has been shown that exosomes from the young stem cells are responsible for rejuvenating the old cells. This healing mechanism is now being used in regenerative medicine.

Degenerative diseases are caused by continuous cell deterioration affecting tissues or organs. Although stem cells are often responsible for cell rejuvenation, external factors can interfere with these stem cells. With exosomes supplied from outside, it is possible to support the function of stem cells and accelerate the healing and regeneration process. New supplementary exosomes are extracellular vesicles or small bubbles released from cells, especially stem cells. They act as a shuttle for certain genetic information and proteins from stem cells to other cells, providing a more positive effect.

Exosomes can increase fibroblast cell proliferation by up to 80% depending on the dose. This accelerates healing and removes cell destruction.

Exosomelar can increase collagen synthesis up to 6 times depending on the dose.

Exosomes can increase Elastin synthesis up to 3 times depending on the dose.

In which indications is exosome therapy used?

They can be used for all diseases. Since they provide the transformation of mature cells into young cells that are not worn out and remove cell destruction, which is the cause of every disease, their usage area is unlimited. They regenerate damaged cells and skin with local or general applications.

especially on the skin, skin rejuvenation / anti-aging, spot treatments, acne scar treatments, porous skin tightening, hair loss, atopic dermatitis / eczema are also widely used.

C Gell Stem Cell Therapy

This is a procedure in which stem cells are obtained from adipose tissue (belly, behind the ears, scalp) in a clinical environment by separating it from fat through special procedures.

This method is a reliable method preferred especially for revitalizing, rejuvenating and strengthening the cells in the face, eye contour, neck, décolleté, hand area, removing acne, acne, scars, removing stretch marks, plumping the lips, restructuring the shedding scalp.

For this application, the fat area is sterilized and the fat tissue is removed. Within 1 hour, the stem cells are separated by a special method and become available for use. It is applied to the application area. The patient can return to normal life in 1-1.5 hours. One application is sufficient.

CD34 Stem Cell Therapies

This type of treatment is a system in which CD34 Stemcell cells obtained from the patient’s own blood by a special satirfuging process are injected into the patient within the first half hour. In addition, the growth factor required for cell renewal increases 100 times after the application. Thus, the increase continues for a week.

However, the stem cells introduced into the area also stimulate other stem cells in the body and invite them to the damaged area. Our body’s existing CD34 cells are already sufficient. But since they are scattered, this procedure gathers them together and initiates rapid cell regeneration.

Stemcell cells differentiate (work) in an oxygenated environment. They do not work only in the absence of oxygen. In fact, since cancer cells like oxygen-free environments, stem cells have no effect on their growth. However, cancer cells have their own special growth hormones. Moreover, they have anticancerogenic effects.

When applied immediately after myocardial infarction, they pass the infact areas, no scar remains. Therefore, when applied in burns, healing starts immediately. It heals on the 6th day.

If we increase microcirculation before the application, the effectiveness of the procedure increases maximally. Therefore, different methods can be applied to increase microcirculation. Such as magnetic field, ozone therapy. We can also remove the damage caused by Stroke (stroke) immediately with the application.

Although the application varies according to the disease, there are 7 days and 21 days repetitions. But every 7 days is highly effective. Stem cell therapy is used in every disease that requires cell renewal. It is the most effective and newest treatment method especially in aesthetic applications.

Since they accelerate cell regeneration, they give excellent results in antiaging applications. It also maximizes the effectiveness of the application in allopecia (hair loss), wound, scar tissue healing or filling applications.

This application is different from PRP application. Stem cells are obtained with a special program prepared for CD34 cells in the CGF device. Its effectiveness is as high as the stem cells obtained in the laboratory environment. In addition, stem cells prepared in the laboratory environment contain additional additives due to the process. In contrast to them, in the stem cell method used, we mobilize the patient’s own life force by making sure that what we do with our own hands is completely pure. They do not need to be very numerous.

3-4 stem cells in the injected area stimulate other stem cells already present in the body, inviting them to the damaged area and accelerating healing. As a result, it has been practiced by Dr. Hans Von Rolbeck for 20 years and its effectiveness has been proven.
