Bach Flowers Therapy
Bach Flowers Therapy is a form of energy medicine used within homeopathy. It is used to help manage daily stress, relieve mental problems, soothe worry and anxiety, and reduce anger and frustration. In fact, the aim is to re-normalize the frequencies of the emotional field that have been disturbed.
Bach flower therapy is a very powerful support therapy for "recognizing and recovering from negative emotions".
In particular, the liquid form is used, which is formed by transferring the energetic frequency (vibration) of the flower essence into water. In addition, organizing the portability of Bach flower therapies with the energetic shaping of compatible water crystals makes it easier for us to understand this method.
In this sense, the success of the therapy depends on analyzing the emotions and mood of the person to be treated and choosing the right flowers. However, the flower therapy used is applied 3-4 drops under the tongue at least 3-4 times a day. It has no side effects and can be safely taken by babies, pregnant or breastfeeding women, the elderly and even those with flower allergies.
The treatment with Bach Flowers originated in the 1930s when Dr. Edward Bach discovered that the structure of some flowers was similar to the emotional characteristics of humans. It consists of 38 flower extracts prepared by diluting minimal doses with water to activate the healing power of the human body. Afterwards, different cures were prepared from these. Bach flower therapy is used for emotional problems and pain therapy.
Emotional states are divided into seven main categories, which are treated with combinations of these flower extracts.
- Fear
- Identity
- Loneliness
- Hypersensitivity
- Sadness and helplessness
- Disconnection from the environment
- Over-caring for others
